Through the expention of MIR at the grassroots level ,by encouraging all children, adolescents and young people of the district to participate in sports, regular sports practice, increasingbthe number of different sports sports competitions at the grassroots level, and achieving the excellence of sports through the use of modern sports training and technology in sports. Providing all the services of the district sports office in a smart way and the use of technology in sports.
